We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our family. If you’re interested, read on!
- Explain and assist in solving problems related to members and/or customers queries
- Receive members’ requests by telephone and provide information requested or route the request to the proper person.
- Analyse transactions, correct records, and adjust errors.
- Contact members to ascertain data omitted on member details.
- Assist and remind members of payment dues and facility regulations.
- Understand our services, prices, timing schedules, various marketing promotional services, and similar items, as required.
- Prepare and forward completed paperwork to Accounts and Memberships Dept for all new signings and membership fees collections
- Perform other generic administration and marketing related duties when assigned
- Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 2 years’ related experience in a similar capacity; fresh grads welcomed should you have the right attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commands good speaking and writing skills in English
- Ability to compose correspondence
- Possess a pro-active work attitude with good interpersonal & communication skills with all levels of staff
- Mature and independent
