During the Exhibition in thailand, I have walked of total 32 kilometers, 8-10 hours a day. Normally I have pain in my foot and leg during those exhibitions. And yet with combination of
a. Foam roller, tennis ball, exercise
b. Niall : Foot Taping technigue
c. Robert : orthoses
I have become more productive and minimum pain on my foot.(reduced 90%). I can concentrate and do more during this exhibition.

For me, I joined Radiance Physiofit last June. Thanks to the trainer Royston and his programme I have lost 25 kg in six months, which is amazing for me and I feel a lot of better. Thanks to the GO! Radiance team for everything.
I owe most of my success to Shafiq who was my personal trainer in my free 30 minutes personal training session that came with the challenge. I asked him many questions and he answered all of them. He was very helpful. I actually asked him for a program to follow for 8 weeks that involved an upper body workout, lower body work out and abs workout. I would take turns doing the workouts during the week (to allow my body recovery on the rest days). Shafiq also would see me in the gym and correct me if I was doing a workout incorrectly. It was so helpful when the personal trainer shows direction for the person, because that person like myself will know what to do! I’ve never done weights really (Always just cardio, football and bootcamps) and Shafiq really emphasized how important weights are when it comes to losing body fat. It’s all turning body fat into muscle! So that really helped me.
I’m a girl who loves cardio workouts at heart but this challenge required me to improve my overall strength such as quads and core and I knew running on the treadmill or pedalling the bike aimlessly for an hour in the gym wasn’t going to cut it. But thanks to some great advice from a physio at radiance (Katherine) I changed my cardio to benefit me more. Instead of going at mid resistance for 20minute I incorporated sprints 200m at my highest possible resistance then the next 200m recovery. For as long as my legs would hold out (thank God it was 8 weeks challenge and not less). This definitely was a great tip that helped me.
Jonathan is an exceptional physiotherapist. I have experienced the misfortune of requiring four operations related to sports injuries, the latest a ruptured ACL requiring extensive physiotherapy with Radiance Physiofit. Jonathan has supported me from the start, with his guidance and impressive knowledge being invaluable throughout. His enthusiasm to get you to your set goal and unwavering dedication makes him the best physiotherapist I have worked with, and trust me, I’ve worked with a few! My goal is to get back to playing football consistently on a weekly basis. With this in mind, Jonathan tailored my sessions specifically to my needs and made me fully aware of my short and long term goals, this was crucial in order to keep me motivated. He is meticulous in his planning of sessions and is very much a partner in your rehab journey, even keeping a dialogue with your surgeon as you proceed through your rehab. He knows what I’m passionate about and used this as a tool to make our sessions genuinely enjoyable through introducing a football to our sessions etc. Jonathan makes you work. He invests his time in you and expects you to invest your time in yourself. He will give you a programme to work on at home and will take the time to check you are maintaining it, rightly so. Finally, the staff at Radiance Physiofit are worthy of praise for fostering a great atmosphere within the gym. Declan Haplin and the team of physio’s will check on your progress and ask you how you are while the gym instructors know you by name and are always there to assist you. Thank you Jonathan and everyone at Radiance Physiofit.
I’ve been a member of Radiance PhysioFit since it opened. I remember it only took me 5 mins (10 the most) to decide to sign up after having toured the premises – it was indeed awesome. I have been a member of many gyms during the past 5 years, and I would say Radiance PhysioFit is the most well equipped – beyond well equipped, for anyone who’s serious about working out. No pretentiousness, no hard selling, with warm and friendly staff who’re always there for you when you need help or advice; it’s a very family-style type of environment and training here gives me a healthy mind and body.
I prefer Radiance PhysioFit over other gyms, because many times other gyms try to sell me some other packages – I mean hard selling. In Radiance PhysioFit, other than the suggestion they made about letting one of their physiotherapists take a look at me because of my back (though I know they were truly concerned about my past spondylosis condition and it was in fact good advice). They don’t pressure me to get anything else I don’t need. Overall, great gym, convenient location, fun staff!

That’s something that I as a person, and hopefully all your other members and patients, value very much. This gym is the best I’ve ever attended. It has all equipment needed for my favorite power lifting moves, as well as a large variety of machines as treadmills. All equipment seems to be brand new. It is very spacious with large windows letting the daylight in. That said, the very best part is actually the fantastic staff, creating a super friendly and relaxed environment.
The gym also has a very fair membership policy. It is possible to sign up for monthly memberships, and there is no “hard core selling pressure”, that often is the case of other gyms in Singapore….
I highly recommend this gym to anyone considering membership.
I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to you and your team. Really appreciate the great effort each and every trainer put in to help me with my workout in the past 4 months. Special thanks to Royston and Ian.
Royston had been showing his care and really taking the initiative to listen to our feedback. I had shared with him that it will be good to have 2 sessions of half an hour back-to-back classes, then we can fully utilize the 1 hour lunch time. Though it is not easy to arrange the schedule in this way as trainers work on 2 different shifts, he still made an effort to accommodate such request whenever possible. Also when I asked him for advice about what kind of exercises I could do right after my operation, I did not expect that he really checked for me and called me back to follow up. During his classes, he had been continuously checking and correcting our postures and answering our queries patiently. It is really enjoyable to attend his lessons.
Ian is such a passionate, energetic and experienced trainer that his lessons are always intensive but fun to attend. He is always well prepared with his daily program therefore, after trying out his Muay Thai once, I simply find it hard to skip such a fantastic workout with him anymore. His motivation and encouragement helped me achieved a higher fitness level even above my own expectation.
I seriously felt that people makes the difference. It is the personal touch I had experienced so far made me enjoyed the time spent in your gym. I am really impressed by your teamwork and wish you could maintain the high level service standard and all the best!
I would highly recommend anyone who is serious about recovering from their sports injuries/surgeries to consult Katherine and the good people at Radiance PhysioFit. After my knee reconstruction surgery (ACL & PCL), I thought I can take charge of my own physiotherapy program since much of the required information can be found online. All it took was one physio session with Katherine to realise my mistake. She is very thorough with her assessment of my condition and is able to explain clearly why there is pain/strain at certain parts of my knee an etc. Being a competitive sportsperson herself, she is able to relate to my injury grief and she does a great job motivating me work harder (in a safe and controlled manner). Now, I understand the importance of teaming up with a professional physiotherapist like Katherine for proper and faster recovery.
Hello Radiance Team; I just wanted to drop a line and tell you what a great job you guys are doing especially the trainers. I have just gotten back my blood results and my cholesterol is normal, sugars are getting better and I have lost not much but 1 kg. I would like to thank Shafiq for firmly but gently pushing me, Amran for making my fats cry, Royston who is building my strength and Ian who is making me like Muay Thai. Jonathan and Declan have been great physios to have in Singapore. It is very comforting to visit physios that both play a good level of sport and therefore know exactly what you need in order to get back to playing competitively again, without repeat of the same injury! Both are extremely knowledgeable and provide rehabilitation programmes that are realistic and not too time consuming. And of course they’re both very friendly and easy to get along with which makes the experience like going to see a friend, not a physio.
Radiance is a beautiful gym with the finest new equipment. It has the benefit of exclusivity and is never crowded. It has a comfortable and spacious layout with regular updates to training equipment.
The Physiotherapists take exceptional care of their clients and go out of their way to research solutions if they can’t find an immediate answer. They follow-up promptly with exercises to promote ongoing healing. Most importantly they are interested in relieving pain and enabling performance with a full understanding of the needs of athletes. I feel thoroughly cared-for and valued as both a gym-user and a patient and can’t recommend Radiance highly enough.

I joined the gym when it first opened. I have been working out for a number of years, and have been a long term member of a gym in the UK and regularly attend personal training sessions both in the UK and in Singapore. I was immediately impressed by the state of the art equipment, and the layout of the gym, including the coffee shop area where it is possible to obtain healthy food and drinks. However, it was only after starting to use the gym did I really find out what a terrific place it is.
I started by using the aerobic machines, all of which are great to use, especially for a 52 year old who has, or should I say had (see below) creaking joints, aches and pains etc. Shortly after starting a fairly frequent regime, I was approached by one of the trainers who said they had noticed I didn’t stretch out properly after my sessions, and could he stretch me. Since then one or other of them have been routinely stretching me, and I feel like a new man. I hadn’t realised how stiff I was, and how that could be changed. I now regularly attend circuit training, cross core, and functional training classes and find that the trainers are all excellent. It is a truly personal service. They motivate without making me feel inadequate, and then ensure I am properly stretched at the end. The expertise they all have in this regard is impressive; I think it is because of the emphasis the gym places on physiotherapy.
All in all, a great experience; a great team of people, who are turning me gently into a much more flexible and healthy middle aged man. Great value for money, big smiles all round, thanks guys.
I work in AXA tower and joined RPF for its extremely convenient location; it’s just downstairs. It’s one of the cleanest gyms I’ve been in and the size of it is great because I never have to wait long for any equipment. I especially love how friendly the staff here is, always smiling and engaging in conversation. I would recommend it to anyone, especially those working in AXA tower. I’ve already got a fellow colleague to join me and he goes regularly now too.
Since I joined the Radiance PhysioFit Centre and engaged Ian as my Personal Trainer in October 2013, I have become fitter and healthier. Ian is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. He has managed to create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, while at the same time making it challenging, and most importantly fun! He never fails to support, encourage and celebrate my improvement. One of the best experiences I had was a proper warm-up and “cool-down” stretching exercise which enabled me to feel no ache at all the next day. Thanks to his training, I have achieved and maintained a high level of fitness. I am glad that Ian has changed my life for the better!
The centre has always made me feel very welcome with the personalized service the offer. The centre is also endowed with a professional physiotherapist as well as a café for a perfect protein drink after a good workout. So, if you are looking for a healthy lifestyle, this is the place to be!
I cannot thank Kieran at Radiance PhysioFit enough for his ability to diagnose and resolve my knee pain in just a few sessions. I had seen a Physio at a different company for nearly 3 months and made little-to-no progress with the same issue. Kieran’s knowledge of sport injuries and appropriate rehab exercises got me back to playing Touch swiftly. Each week he provided me with a consistent and progressive home-exercise program to maintain the work we did at the gym.
