Royston specializes in the customisation of workout plans to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Certified by American Council of Exercise (ACE) and United Lifestyle as a personal fitness trainer, he also is certified as a CrossCore trainer and a sports nutrition specialist.
This former Fitness Force Gym trainer has a strong understanding of fitness and well-being, he has been a good source of health advice for clients and friends alike. In 2015, he won 1st place in the NABBA Amateur Classic Invitational Men’s Physique category. He also won 1st place in the 13th South East Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship in Thailand.
Royston’s passion lies in sharing his knowledge on how to lead an active, healthy lifestyle. With his personal mantra “you only live once, make sure it’s good”, he rigorously pursues a ‘eat well, train well, rest well’ ideology, incorporating fast and effective fitness programmes into everyday schedules. He enjoys occasional swimming and cycling as well to maintain balance.
