James training focuses around fat loss, body-building, and functional training. He is a certified personal trainer under the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and School of Excellence (SEC) as well as TRX Suspension training. He is also a certified sports massage therapist under the Sports Medicine Institute of Australia.
James was formerly a National Service Personal Training Instructor and a Personal Trainer at Sky Fitness. With 8 years of experience in this field under his belt, he has a wide range of clients, from the beginners to the elites. His training services includes kick boxing, strength and conditioning, muscle building, toning and shaping, recruit combat training and rehab training for lower back, knees and shoulders. In 2015, he won 2nd runner-up in the NABBA Amateur Classic Invitational Bodybuilding category.
His love for muscle building core training and kick boxing always keeps him in tip-top condition. He always try new workouts from other trainers to always challenge himself and learn new moves and techniques. At the same time, he shares and imparts his workout tips and fitness knowledge to other trainers and his clients to keep everyone in the best condition.
