Her qualifications are impressive — Certified by American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Singapore Sports Council (SSC) as a personal trainer, weight-loss specialist and women fitness specialist, she’s also a licensed ZUMBA instructor.
She’s dedicated in getting the clients to discover their passion for exercising. While reaching fitness goals are important, she believes that leading an active lifestyle will be the ultimate long-term goal for everyone.
Apart from her love of keeping fit, she enjoys the occasional ‘zen-ism’, letting her mind take a break and finding inspiration in life.
