7 day meal plan

The most important factor in your quest to get ripped is what you eat.  70-80%  of the success depends on what you feed your machine while 20% is about how you sculpt it.  Fat loss is not purely about calorie and fat reduction and muscle gain depends on much more than just increasing protein intake. Allowing your body to access a wide range of nutrients in it’s natural form will automatically improve your metabolism, provide you with more energy and maintain a healthy appetite.

Click here for a 7 day high protein based meal plan for the next week. All ingredients are easy to find at any supermarket and recipes are easy to follow. The plan is pretty flexible and everything there is just a guideline, but if you want to attempt some of the recipes, go ahead and click on the links below. If you don’t have time to prepare or cook your meals, try to find foods that are similar to those in the plan.  There are no specific post workout shakes included here so feel free to stick to your usual ones.
